History
Gullans & Brooks was founded in 1986 by senior partner Louise Brooks (biography at this link). Over almost two decades, we have created or renovated over 120 residences throughout the Northeast -- including homes in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island, as well as throughout the United States -- including homes in Colorado, Florida and Montana (see Residences at this link). Our work ranges in scale and complexity from 500 to 20,000 square feet, and we have overseen over $125,000,000 in construction contracts.
Vincent J. Falotico, RA, AIA, NCARB (biography at this link) joined the firm in 1993 and became a partner in 1999. Responsible for the daily operation of the firm today, he has worked with many residential clients on a variety of projects including additions to, and restorations of, several historically significant modern houses.
